All-Clad 501631 Review: All-Clad Stainless Roasting Pan with Rack and Turkey Forks. The Roti models are not made with a three-ply construction with an aluminum core and magnetic stainless exterior. The Roti models are made in China (not America like the rest of the All Clad pots and pans) out of a non-magnetized stainless steel. They're not designed for use on induction or conventional stove tops (a common step in the preparation of gravy).A curiousity: The All Clad Web site doesn't appear to list the Roti models.
