Minka F518-BN Review: Minka-Aire F518-BN 44-inch Concept II Flush Mount Ceiling Fan, Brushed Nickel with Silver Blades. I bought this ceiling fan because it has such a low ceiling clearance and we live in a 1947 cottage with relatively low ceilings. I absolutely love it! It doesn't wobble (which is amazing, considering nothing in our house is even, especially not the ceiling), it is super quiet and it brings modern elegance to our living room.
